The Best Permit Agency, Inc. is a company dedicated to meeting the needs of the trucking industry by providing legally required transportation permits. If your overall dimensions (power unit, trailer, load) exceed certain legal transport dimensions you will be required to obtain a special hauling permit in most states or provinces (as well as county and municipalities). Should you have an oversize load, including overweight, overheight, or overwidth, we serve to obtain those permits to allow you legal transport across the United States and Canada. Additionally, in certain circumstances, you will be required to obtain a temporary trip/fuel permit, or a legal escort, and we can help you to understand those requirements and obtain the legal authorization in order to transport your load.

Our dedicated staff can help you through the process, and know the specific information required to apply for permits, as well as having direct access to the issuing authorities. By serving as the middle man, you will have the ability to continue to focus on your work, without getting caught up in the red tape of each issuing authority (which vary widely).
